“ I expected a lot from this meetup, but somehow it managed to exceed my expectations. The presentations were informative, and the people are right in the sweet spot of brilliant and friendly. I'm definitely coming back. ” -
“ The first presenter was a 5 minute commercial. ” -
“ Not bad, I liked the wireless sensor presentation the best. I'm not a big fan of all these businesses that are building their business model on top of say facebook, twitter, foursquare, etc. I believe in the future with semantic web that many of these services won't be needed and much of this situational awareness and localization type stuff will happen autonomously. ” -
“ Awesome lineup of interesting ideas and presenters... ” -
“ Great presentations. Especially Jaiplace. ” -
“ More marketing startups than usual, to compensate for LA2M on vacation this month. I was disappointed that only one of the investors I recognized in the audience would identify themselves, but it just means we have more work to do. ” -
Kirk Kitchen (+1 guest)“ This seems like a very vital and happening group. ” -
Tiffany Risner (+2 guests)“ Great networking, great information. ” -
“ Not all presenters were well prepared. It seems that presenters are having great deal of problem setting up their presentation/compute
rs as well. It is something recurring, for at least two sessions. I had not attended before so I am not sure it was a problem before too. Couldn't it be made easier to them giving a spec before hand so they do not need to struggle in front of audience? ”

As we're closing today, I'm also looking forward to announcing, and maybe speaking briefly on our $1m seed round for Scio Security. :-)
Anybody that's actively fundraising, please msg me - maybe we can set up a private meeting with some investors, and also help with your fundraising strategy. No finder's fees or anything like that - just founders and funders. See you tomorrow!
