The missing Momentum speaker was my fault. We got mixed up on scheduling, and have confirmed Amanda for November (Momentum applications open up Nov 4). I sincerely apologize to Amanda and our meetup members for the error.
@Joe, @Raji, @Marquise - we'd be happy to have you present, if you're a local company (or have a significant local presence). E-mail organizers at a2newtech.org for details.
Launching a new social media startup called doingtonight. Sign up for a a VIP invite at doingtonight.com, and read more about the site at blog.doingtonight.com! So, what are you doing tonight?
Anthony, there are no new manufacturing processes in the construction of this engine. The performance will however require other transmission control parameters to be changed due to the increased torque output.
@Joe: I would like to hear your presentation as I currently work in the auto industry. I would also like to hear how much much the process would need to change to adapt to this or if flexible manufacturing is possible where this and current design could be built in tandum on the same line.
Social & Collective buying is the newest trifecta for wins (the consumer, the marketer and the vendor wins) new company live and launched in A2 www.grublife.com, check it out
Is anyone interested in hearing about a new fuel efficient Internal Combustion Engine technology that will cost less and perform better? Check us out at www.yanengines.com.. perhaps I'll come in and do the 5 minute drills..
“ Good presenter lineup, excellent questions from the crowd, helpful contacts after the meeting. Only drawback was the lack of a fifth presenter - looks like we will see her next month! ”
“ As a presenter, I wanted to thank everyone who responded to my request for feedback and approached me after the presentation. The a2newtech audience is comprised of very smart and knowledgeable people. Some attendees (Kyle) were familiar with the relatively small and unknown competitors in my space. Others provided great ideas and direction on where to take the product. If anyone else has feedback, please contact me. Thanks to everyone in attendance for answering the "survey" questions! ”

Argh, there's a good chance I'll miss at least part of this (spillover from http://safecomputing.umich.edu/events/sumit10/
).
To make up for it, I'm giving away startup books and deals I bought on appsumo.com but won't actually be using. See above...
