Logic Solutions, headquartered in Ann Arbor, is growing rapidly and is looking for a Sr. Technical Lead to manage large web and mobile development project. We've recently won a ton of new business and need experienced professionals to lead the expanded development effort.

Specifically, I'm looking for someone that can turn functional requirements into technical specs, then lead a team of developers to deliver the projects. This role is a leadership role, not a developer role. Although it greatly helps if you started off as an awesome developer.

Our web projects are typically based in .NET, JAVA or PHP so experience in one or several of those areas is a must.
Must be able to listen to functional requirements, then architect the app or web site solution, develop a statement of work and tech specs, then manage the projects (ie. offshore developers, project plan, budget etc..).

For mobile projects, we are looking for Tech Leads with expereince in Android, iPhone, and iPad develop. Blackberry and Windows Mobile is also good but most projects focus on Apple and Android.
